About me
I was born the 28 February 1980, in a town called Ermont in the suburb of Paris, France. I spent most of my childhood near Paris, but I also lived in other places. Near Pau in the south west of France and in The Hague in the Netherlands.
After three years at the IUT of Villetaneuse Paris XIII, I aimed south and spent another four years studying in Sophia-Antipolis at ESSI (now known as Ecole Polytechnique de l’Université de Nice-Sophia Antipolis) where I got my Diplôme d’Ingénieur en Science Informatique (Master’s degree in Computer Science). I spent a semester of these four years at the Linköping Institute of Technology in Sweden as an Erasmus exchange student. After this cold experience (understand the weather, not the people 
) , I decided to keep working abroad and move to Boston, Massachusetts.
My interests
I think I’m a very active person, I like “doing stuff” and try to stay busy. I love doing sports, all kind of sports. I’m a big fan of water sports, I use to be a swimmer and I also like to surf and scuba dive. I guess just being in water makes me happy… as long as it’s warm enough hehe. I also like skiing, hicking, soccer. This summer I want to try triathlon… we’ll see how I do outside the water.
Beside sports I love traveling. I like to discover new places and experiment new ways of life. I enjoy more mixing with locals when I travel than being in fancy hotels. I wish I could spent a few months every year just traveling… well that’s where the money factor becomes a problem , but maybe someday I’ll find a way. I’ve been around a few places in western Europe and North America, but I only had a sample of South America, Africa and Russia and never step foot in Asia and Oceania.
There are so many places I want to visit. I’ve been meaning to visit Iceland for a few years, but all my attempts where unfruitful. I’d love to spent some time in Brazil and Argentina, I want to go to Easter Island, spend more time around Norway, Spain and Italy, visit eastern Europe, explore Africa, Australia and New Zealand, and discover Asia… man so many places and only one life.
I also enjoy doing photography, cooking (or at least trying to) and I like new technologies, everything new grabs my attention, one could say I’m a nerd

Job
I have been working in Boston from July 2004 to August 2006 as the W3C webmaster, with a team of very bright and open minded people. This has been a great experience from which I learnt so much, thanks to the whole W3C Team!
Since March 2007 I’m working at Harvard Business School Publishing in Watertown, MA.
